- Evaluating: We will visit the property and assess its conditions to make it rental ready.
- Marketing: We advertised your property on high traffic real estate website and popular social media outlets making it easily accessible to prospective tenants. Our advertisement contains property information, pictures, maps, videos, point of contact and tabs to schedule showings and fill out electronic applications.
- Screening: All applicants are screened for credit, criminal, and civil records. Our background screening process pulls nationwide criminal scans from hundreds of national, state and county courts that contribute to the national instant database, including Megan’s Law registered Sex Offender check and OFAC terrorist watch list. Results will vary according to restrictions placed on reporting by the different court jurisdictions and will include the last 7 years. Details can include name, date of birth, date of the offense, description of the offense, court location and case status.
- Renting: After an application has been screened and accepted, we prepare an attorney approved lease for electronic signatures and all deposits and rents due are received electronically before tenants occupy the property.
- Maintenance: Tenants have the options for contacting us from their Tenant Portal, email or phone call, even after hours, for all maintenance requests. We only use licensed and insured contractors to ensure quality workmanship. You are billed only the amount charged by the vendor (no up charge), we never receive kickbacks, and you will have access to every invoice we pay on your behalf.
